Bath.VIII, 16c top אף הכותב ד׳ בלעזוכ׳ even if one writes in Greek διεθέμην (I willed, instead of I will), it is to be considered as if it were a gift (cmp. ib. עשיתי, יחזק ); ib. חיזרתיוכ׳ I went around to all linguists to find out what ד׳ was ; Tosef. ib. IX, 14 דיותומין (ed. Zuck. דייתיקי, corr. acc).
